This is a second PR for issue #168

Turn on by changing the define of EXPERIMENTAL_NEOPIXEL_SUPPORT to 1 in board/gquadratic/hardware.cpp
Should be used when motion has stopped or in a M100, or you’ll get a probe stored for whatever position it’s currently at as it’s moving.
Most of these should be moved to Motate::Timouts. Add to the TODO…
…lso now supports JLink/ICE interchangeably (OSX/Linux).

Reminder: It's worth noting a number of other features in this release and readme, including:

  • CoreXY support
  • Trinamic 2130 support
  • Hobby Servo support
  • Neopixel support
  • Piecewise-linear step-segment generation (curve fitting, as opposed to stepwise linear)
  • 300 KHz step generator frequency
  • Others as we look over the code.

Most of these will need to be created. I'll see if I can dig up anything.
