To handle having the README.md parse, it's recommended to use
long_descriptionas normal with the contents of the README and thenlong_description_content_typeset totext/markdown. Thelong_description_markdown_filenamewas (I think) a thing for getting markdown back when the old PyPI was shutting down and the new warehouse was starting up and things were in a weird state of transition.
