All the included libs (vue, bulma and sugar) have been updated to the latest version. Vue3 is downloaded from CDN as "https://unpkg.com/vue@3/dist/vue.global.js".
Notice that I've had to change also utils.js : I've dubbed the new version 2.0 and added comments.
AI helped me a lot, but I've done my best to double check it and test.
