Read config files before parsing CLI args. Allows all options to be set via config and overridden on the CLI.
Don't strip ANSI codes.

Change the arg parsing priority to read config files before CLI args.
Add a
-A/--ansiarg to not do ANSI stripping. Mainly useful if a config file hasNOANSIset to be able to override this and include ANSI codes in a paste.
