Feature request: In trigger case removing empty spotlights such as Favorites, AI capabilities, and Built-in tools.

Describe the Bug with repro steps

1. Create a logic app in standard/consumption
2. Open designer
3. While adding a trigger having empty spotlights such as Favorites, AI capabilities, and Built-in tools at the top is not good experience.

Expected: In trigger case removing empty spotlights such as Favorites, AI capabilities, and Built-in tools will have a good experience. If we want to add some triggers as favorites then we can add those spotlights at the top same with AI capabilities, and Built-in tools as well.

**Actual:**While adding a trigger having empty spotlights such as Favorites, AI capabilities, and Built-in tools at the top is not good experience.
