This adds the iso macroelement (eg P1 iso P2 if degree=1) on an interval.
Progress towards #545. This is coupled with FEniCS/ffcx#584 and FEniCS/dolfinx#2740.
Additionally:
polyset_typeinput to FiniteElement and custom_element, so that macro polynomial sets can be used
