Can't scroll or see participants on conversation details page

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Long press on any conversation
2. Tap More options
3. Tap Conversation details
4. Switch to landscape mode (not necessary if it's group with many participants)
5. Try to scroll to view participants

Expected behavior

The list should scroll.

One should be able to view all the information on the page regardless of device orientation.

Actual behavior

The list does not scroll.

Displayed information is limited by screen height.
