Add UI keyboard shortcuts so Esc closes the top-most visible dialog for example, Esc to exit the Test Tool

🔁 Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Test Tool in the admin panel.
2. Interact with the tool (e.g., run or configure inputs).
3. Try pressing Esc to close or exit the tool.
4. Observe that no action is triggered.

Pressing Esc should immediately close or exit the Test Tool.
