How to become an ICIQ community open-source project developer.

We have created a GitHub open-source organization called ICIQ. You can shoot an email to (iciqproject AT gmail DOT com) with your GitHub user name, the reason you want to join ICIQ developer's team and some expected roles in the developer's team, so that the managers of ICIQ will invite you to our ICIQ developer team. After that, you can either help maintaining ICIQ website or start an open-source project of ICIQ, or even have the right to manage all projects within ICIQ organization. By having the management right to some project in ICIQ, you may receive emails if there is a change or pull request for the project you are managing, depending on your GitHub setting. You can overview all our open projects on ICIQ homepage. You will have right to accept or deny pull request on your projects. We trust you and always welcome your contributions to our open community.

Notice that, you don't need to be a member of ICIQ organization if you merely want to post issues or clone our source codes of ICIQ projects. With a normal GitHub membership, you can post pull request, start an issue, and receive notices of changes if you click the "watch" button on the topright corner of source code pages or of any issue posts of ICIQ projects.

Open-source projects in ICIQ network need not to be created by ICIQ organization members. If you find there is any open-source project that may be useful for our community members or needs our attention to put efforts on, you are welcome to list their project here. In general, we support open projects which can benefit our community. But unrelated projects to our community are beyond our limited time and energy to support directly.

Besides, a study group may start collaborative projects within or beyond the study group. There are also some other projects spreading on the internet which may not target totally-free software/documentations yet is open to public to join for developing. If you think those projects can benefit our community, you are also highly welcome to bring them in our community webpages. For study group projects, it is better to list them both on the study group page and the open project page, if the projects are open to people beyond your study group.
