Remove the timestamp fields from our subscriptions

Since we're not checking for data staleness anyhow at least at the moment (and
frankly I think we can all probably live with slightly stale piss tank data), we
don't actually need those fields, and not subscribing to them means we use a lot
less bandwidth.
