following CUDA.jl api
`wgpukernel` macro now takes function call site instead of function definition. This is an effort to align with GPUCompiler infrastructure.
updating examples after changes in `wgpukernel` macro. These examples will need one more update once we manage to provide option to launch or not in macro call.
