GitHub issue microsoft/microsoft-ui-xaml#1264 points out the fact Media control deviate from style guide. Upon discussion, this deviation is indeed good, but our guidance doesn't point out. According to the style guide owner, if the lower level guidance doesn't specify, the higher guidance's rule is to be followed. So this is a missing content on our guidance.
