The step 2: Deploy to your Azure subscription in Deployment Guide

Hi there,

When I attempt to setup the module, I ran into a problem at Step 2. I click "Deploy to Azure" and login to my Azure (My Azure is Trial version).

In the Deployment scope section, I try to select a subscription and resource group, cannot do anything because the "Loading" message always stuck in the "Resource group", on the other hand, there is no any data in the "Subscription" option.

In the Parameters section, It also the same.

I am not sure if it is related to my Trial Azure account, I mean if It is impossible to test the function by Trial Azure account.
