<subdomain>.azurefd.net/manage-goals returns error

When trying to deploy the app, the page for manage goals is returning the following message 'The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.'

I've checked the subdomain by itself and it works fine, so its just when the manage-goals is added to the url it doesnt work.

How do I go about fixing/troubleshooting this?
