Add plotting function(s)

Probably best to add plotting functions directly into the TDAC julia package so that one doesn't have to bother with the ascii output files.

Improved the functionality of the Jupyter notebook in #32. Going to close this issue. We can open new ones if we get more specific requests for visualisation.
