lib/tlsfwas missing fromtools/ci_fetch_deps.py. Due to CI caches, I think that omission was not noticed on regular PR's, but it failed when I made a new release, 9.0.0-alpha.3. I removed all the caches. Not sure if this PR will really test this fix. I think in any case I will need to make another release.
