V3.0.4 .yaml used GetDescription instead of GetSelfDescription

What happens?

In V3.1 we correct the operationId from GetDescription to GetSelfDescription. But in V3.0.4 we still used GetDescription.

For generating tools this is an issue.

For example in Discovery Profile.

This is not an issue with 3.1 (missed the first sentence). We may need to think about a v3.0.5...
