Distribute a browser distribution of the library #10

The goal here is that it should be very simple for a consumer to use the API Elements library in a browser. We should provide complete examples of the library usage. A consumer should be able to grab the browser file from the library and use it directly in browsers, or they should be able to use it directly from a CDN like unpkg.com.
