Need to install requests python package
run "pip install requests" or follow directions here:

download reference from : https://sourceforge.net/projects/snpeff/files/databases/v4_3/snpEff_v4_3_GRCh38.86.zip/download
unzip both files in the SNPAnalysis folder

RUN THE install.sh instead of the above

To Run:
python main.py 

The input test file you need to upload: HG00099.vcf
