Comment submission error

When I try and submit a comment anonymously, I get this error message:

Comment Submission Error

Your comment submission failed for the following reasons: Text entered was wrong. Try again.

No indication which field it refers to. I get the same message which ever fields I leave blank (including none). And no explanation what "wrong" means!
