Support Azure OpenAI through AISdkClient

This is related to: browserbase/stagehand#970

There appears to be documentation for AISdkClient but the code has not been checked in yet.
However, even after it is, I am not sure how one would configure the MCP server to use it.

Is this supported? If so, how would I plug in my baseUrl and key for Azure OpenAI?
