Add indicator when list values are being reloaded

when the variable coming from script reloads and it takes some time
user doesn't know and chooses from previous values then gets errors

need to disable the dropdown until ready and/or show somehow that is reloads

Done, now when a parameter changes, all the dependant parameters will be disabled and show a loading indicator.
