Add multiple improvements and fixes to dproxy:

  • fix log statements
  • remove log.Fatal so the proxy is more stable
  • add panic recovering so the proxy moves back the original socket even when it crashes
  • use uuids for the sockets so you can start multiple proxies
  • add a full binary mode
  • add binary dump between mac/host machine and proxy
