tmp directory cleanup causing failures in running test.dart

Hi Emily,

I think our tmp directory cleanup script is interfering with test.dart:

is it possible it gets run while test.dart is also running? Perhaps we need to make the cleanup part of the build process or something that happens after test.dart is done.

Yep, the tmp directory cleanup was a band-aid, and I'm working on a more lasting solution now.

Fixed in r4985. The build immediately after failed on linux because I hadn't disabled the temporary script yet. There should be no more failures in the future.
