New process test fail on MacOS

standalone/io/process_many_test fails on MacOS even when lowering the number of processes started. It fails with "Too many open files".

Skipping test for now. Will look into it ASAP.

The limit on my desktop mac seems to be 49 processes. This regression test is not that useful so I'll get rid of it again. It is pretty resource heavy and doesn't buy us much.
