In Chrome:

Visit chrome://extensions/,

then click Load unpacked extension.

After extension loaded,

click Resources Updater icon on the top right of chrome browser and config urls first.

If you visit a site which site's url matches site url rule,

A button named Update CSS would appear on the right bottom of current page.

It would replace target source url with a new replace url resource immediately.
