Output directory with queue on Windows for Save next to input file

Hi,
was trying out the queue version. I picked 'Save next to input file' for the save location. , it converted the initial epubs to txt files in the AppData\Local\abogen\Cache and that's where the output files (mp3) ended up in.

I suppose we'd need to handle this case - when the file that's not a txt is added to a queue, it gets converted to .txt format and placed in AppData\Local\abogen\Cache.

I'd be happy to fix it, but checking if you encountered this bug previously and have fixed it already, so we don't fix it twice.

Huh, it also saves to AppData directory when Save location 'Save to Desktop' was picked. Interesting.
And also, the Cache directory (AppData\Local\abogen\Cache) isn't cleared when the app exits - but considering it contains audiobooks containing hundreds of MB it isn't nice too. But if the output directory is fixed, then only the converted txt files will be there, which is okay.

@jborza I don't have my computer with me right now so I can't check it. The code on Github is currently up to date, I haven't made any changes. I would be very happy if you could fix the errors you noticed with a pull request, thanks again 😋
