This pr is for general instructions on how to deploy worker and udf binaries. And it also includes some related FAQs.
It will fix issue #210

Can we add E2E examples using DOTNET_ASSEMBLY_SEARCH_PATHS with spark.yarn.appMasterEnv? Thanks!
