[BUG] Unable to scroll grab screen with cursor and move screen around

Describe the bug
Recently I am unable to move the screen when I left click with my mouse. Upon left clicking a selection box appears instead of allowing the items to be dragged around. No keys are pressed when I left click except the left click mouse. I have a project I have been working on for the past two weeks or so and as of today I am unable to drag items/

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the public drawdb domain
2. Create a new blank diagram
3. Left click to drag the items/move the screen around
4. Notice a selection box is created instead of items being dragged around/screen moving.

Expected behavior
Items are to be dragged around/screen move.

I did make use of the left click to drag, unless I've been in some trans while working in drawdb lol. However I just discovered now that my middle mouse button is broken. A 3 month old Razor Basilisk v3 Hyperspeed and this shit is broken already...

I guess I'll have to resort to using the scrollwheel + SHIFT.
