Here's the boilerplate for the SotD section (without &ly;>):

This specification was published by the <Second Screen Presentation Community Group> [1]. It is not a W3C Standard nor is it on the W3C Standards Track. Please note that under the <W3C Community Final Specification Agreement (FSA)> [2] other conditions apply. Learn more about <W3C Community and Business Groups> [3].

This report documents the use cases, requirements, examples, and other feedback on the general approach of the Presentation API as discussed in the Second Screen Presentation Community Group. Additionally, it documents the interfaces that represent an evolved version of the Presentation API to the extend discussed in the group. The <previous version of the Presentation API> [4] was used as a starting point for this work.

For the 2013112 snapshot, replace FSA with CLA. This would be an adequate SotD for it:

This specification was published by the <Second Screen Presentation Community Group> [1]. It is not a W3C Standard nor is it on the W3C Standards Track. Please note that under the W3C <Community Contributor License Agreement (CLA)> [2] there is a limited opt-out and other conditions apply. Learn more about <W3C Community and Business Groups> [3].
