virtual proxy support; ignore SSL Cert warning remove Console.readKey;
added -p to support virtual proxy now one can use a virtual proxy "dwh" with cacheinitializer.exe -s https://localhost -p dwh -a "app name"

I added a parameter -p for the virtual proxy prefix.
It was necessary, as my default virtual proxy runs forms authentication.
Small changes to ignore SSL Cert errors, and remove of the Console.ReadKey()
