refacto(zfctl): (wip) update `zfctl` to revamped daemon

This commit makes `zfctl` work with the rewritten `zenoh-flow-daemon` & thus
compatible with the standalone daemon.

The commands remain similar, for instance:
- zfctl instance create path/to/descriptor.yaml
- zfctl instance start <id>
- zfctl instance abort <id>
- zfctl runtime list
- zfctl runtime status <id>
