Auto-recall mismatch on power up is not functional

Auto-recall mismatch mechanism described in old H24005 video is not functional on BB3.

Tested with DCP in slot 1 and 2, and SMX in slot 3. Auto-recall profile is 2, and it include 25 V / 65 mA on both DCP modules. When voltage on channel 1 is changed and set to e.g. 30 V or 20 V and BB3 is turned off ungracefully with power switch, no auto-recall error is reported and both DCP modules is set to 25 V / 65 mA from profile 2.
Auto-recall mismatch works only in case of gracefully shutdown, but a whole issue about this feature is to protect load from ungraceful power recycle caused by blackout or user intervention.
