What happened?

The latest version highlights that the stack pack for 8.18 is compatible with ECE 3.0 and above, and provide a link to download said version.

It also confirm what version of ECE is compatible with version 9.0 of the stack pack.

The page for ECE 3.7 reports that 8.17.4 is the latest support version and does not confirm compatibility (or lack thereof) with stack pack version 9.0.

As this page is what is hard linked in deployed ECE clusters, we should update it to reflect what is and isn't supported.
