Updates the deprecations section of the security release notes for 9.0 to add a deprecated feature, Defend for Containers. Once a page is created that provides more info, we'll link to it (currently there's no public-facing Github issue or similar).

We have title case and sentence case. Is it Defend for Containers or Defend for containers?
