ContainerFetchException: Can't get Docker image: RemoteDockerImage(imageName=<resolving>, imagePullPolicy=DefaultPullPolicy(), imageNameSubstitutor=org.testcontainers.utility.ImageNameSubstitutor$LogWrappedImageNameSubstitutor@8373280)

Looks like the same docker issue as in #105401, which should have been solved by #118331. Marking

Marking as low-risk (as it only fails on 8.17) and assigning delivery team for closer look.
