This PR adds the information from https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/search-rank-eval.html#search-rank-eval-api-example to the Elasticsearch API examples, since it's referenced from the OpenAPI documentation but wasn't migrated.

NOTE: After this PR is merged, we can update the dcg, k-precision, k-recall, and mean-reciprocal rows in https://github.com/elastic/elasticsearch-specification/blob/main/specification/_doc_ids/table.csv so the new URL is used in the API docs.
