[o365] Fix dashboard panel filters (#8983)

- Added missing `data_stream.dataset: "o365.audit"` filter to the
  "Top users by authentication outcome" panel.
- Replaced `data_stream.dataset: "o365.audit"` as a query with an
  equivalent filter in other panels.
