Unable to upgrade the matter-thread light via matter ota (CON-1803)

Matter: v1.4.2

I am using "ota-provider-app/esp32" as an OTA-Provider and I flashed the esp32h2 matter-thread light firmware through the espressif matter launchpad. I build the firmware for esp32h2 matter-thread light with upgraded version for the ota-provider-app firmware image. I am using espressif thread border router. The thread matter-light is unable to connect with the ota-provider for the image query.
I have tried the same process for matter-wifi light and the OTA process is working expected but not in case of matter-thread light

Could you please enable the following menuconfig options for the OTA provider and try again?

CONFIG_LWIP_HOOK_IP6_ROUTE_DEFAULT=y
CONFIG_LWIP_HOOK_ND6_GET_GW_DEFAULT=y
CONFIG_ENABLE_ROUTE_HOOK=y
