Steps to Reproduce

1. attempt to install azure devops
2. Popup opens to authenticate (vestas.visualstudio.com)
3. Does series of reloads

Expected Result

Azure dev ops repo was installed

Actual Result

Popup stops when presenting:

400 - Bad request.
We've encountered an error and cannot fulfill this request. We will trace the error and get a fix out soon.
