Breadcrumb scrolling/viewing issue for AM3 plans

Steps to Reproduce

Navigate to the Issue Details page of an event that contains breadcrumbs

Select "View x more"

On both latest version of Chrome or Firefox scrolling of the breadcrumbs is not possible on both the new and old view of Issue Details UI. On Safari the breadcrumbs title is cut off but breadcrumbs are scrollable.

Was able to successfully replicate this issue in two other AM3 plans, non issue for AM1 and AM2

That is very odd indeed! I'm checking with some of our FE folks to see if they have any theories, and will update here when I hear back.

According to our FE team, there's no plausible reason plan should have anything to do with breadcrumb display.
