Currently, this repository does not have a Pull Request (PR) template. This makes it difficult to maintain consistent PR submissions and often lacks essential details such as description, issue reference, approach, or screenshots.

To make contributions more structured and clear, I propose adding a PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md file.
