Sizer task plugin

@rwldrn implmented the sizer task here: https://github.com/rwldrn/jquery/blob/grunt/grunt.js#L103

I've took that, made it a little more generic: https://github.com/jquery/jquery-ui/blob/master/grunt.js#L540

Files to size can now be specified: https://github.com/jquery/jquery-ui/blob/master/grunt.js#L116

Easiest approach would be to just extract the sizer task from UI and ask Rick to use that for core, then fix any regressions I may have introduced in the process.

Could this be interesting to anyone else? Any feature requests?
