Create a script or scripts to generate a CSV from the data collected from ableroad.com

Any code should probably go in importers/ableroad.com.

A pull request was merged for this but it doesn't include detailed accessibility information on each location. Importing the detailed accessibility information was broken into a new issue, issue 27.
