Dr. István,

This may to useful for people who want to try out biostar-central but don't have Django 1.3 and don't want to making system-wide changes no their hosts.

The documentation is based on: https://rubayeet.wordpress.com/2011/03/04/getting-started-with-pipvirtualenv/
an example of a simple non-root way of installing python libraries.
