bug: Failed to cancel download task due to no task exist (not established) #6848
Description
Version: 0.7.2
Describe the Bug
When downloading a model, if the connection is not established, disconnecting the internet somehow will cause the download to get stuck (you can't cancel or do anything).
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to hub
- Download a model
