I’m John, an Edinburgh-based software engineer and former product designer who traded design for code and never looked back. My first big win was turning a proof-of-concept component library into a cross-team staple at FanDuel, and ever since I’ve been obsessed with crafting clean, high-performance front-ends—perfecting my Neovim setup, ricing a full Linux dev environment on my trusty old Mac, and hopping between macOS and Linux for whatever task comes next.
