labels for form inputs have different vertical alignments

On wider screens or landscape orientation, for text-inputs, radios, sliders and checkboxes the vertical-align is top,
for flip-switches and select-lists the vertical-align is baseline in all swatches.

For a select-list without any option / no option selected, the label falls down to a wrong baseline.
