This PR corrects some of the paths given in overlays that may have been changed since the overlays were authored. Some path params which were called
aiConfigKeyare now calledconfigKey. Thus, some of the overlay entries would not match/apply to an actual operation from the original openapi specification.This PR also simplifies the approach of specifying MCP servers, and removing those operations that are not MCP server tools. This may result in a quicker generation experience.
