In jwt/ruby-jwt@f6c93c7 ruby-jwt moved the version of secure_compare we were depending on to another class. In the [The JWT README examples](https://github.com/jwt/ruby-jwt/blob/v3.0.0.beta1/README.md#custom-algorithms) they recommend using `OpenSSL.secure_compare` instead of their method, so they don't intend for their secure_compare to be used by dependencies
